The Lawyers Serving Warriors ™ program offers pro-bono legal help to veterans returning from Iraq or Afghanistan, and active duty service members serving in Iraq and Afghanistan who are:
- facing administrative separation
- going through a mental evaluation board or physical evaluation board
- received an inappropriate discharge characterization
- filing a claim with the VA for disability compensation.
- having difficulty with a claim under Traumatic Servicemembers Life Insurance
